The ride was well run by Jeremy our ride leader. Clear instructions from the start followed by regular advice on route and the pointing out of key landmarks along the way. The route is nearly all traffic free, and we cycled it at a steady pace making sure the group kept together. A mini adventure to parts of Wales I’d not cycled. Both Jeremy and Phil were excellent leaders and looked after me well. The route was brilliant, practically all off roads making a pleasant change. Great company, great scenery, lovely trail along the canal and saw a steam train too! Fab venues fir refreshments included in the ride. All in all a lovely day, thank you everybody and especially to Phil for his help in actually getting to the start point!
