Halloween Ride - Bottlebank, Leaf, Maxton, Woodside & home via the Beach

We meet at the Bottlebank at Burnfoot and ride towards Hassendean, where anyone wishing can join the ride at 9.45 am approximately. We continue on to Lilliesleaf and take the road to Longnewton. Crossing over the A68 we cycle to Maxton and turn right on to the Penielheugh road, remembering to turn left at the fork in the road. Another right turn and we stop for refreshments at Woodside. We return home via Ancrum and the Beach back to the Bottlebank.

Helmets are required and please bring tools/repair kit in case of a puncture. Please also ensure beforehand that your bike is mechanically sound and that you have appropriate clothing for the Scottish weather. A drink and a snack.
