Easter Fodderlie, Ruletownhead, Bairnkine, Mounthooly, Woodside and home via Ancrum

We head out of Denholm on the A698 and turn right taking the road to Bedrule and head to Easter Fodderlie. We turn right and then left and head passed Ruletownhead, at the top of the hill we turn left, enjoying the views and downhill to the Bairnkine. We then take the A68 road through Jedburgh taking the road to Mounthooly, turning right and then left take the road to Woodside. After refreshments we head home via Ancrum.

Helmets are required and please bring tools/repair kit in case of a puncture and front and rear bike lights. Please also ensure beforehand that your bike is mechanically sound and that you have appropriate clothing for the Scottish weather. If you are using an e-bike please ensure that battery is fully charged and that you have someone available to collect you should battery run out. A drink and a snack.
