Wednesday Breeze Round by Roberton & Chapelhill

Meeting at the Walled Gardens at Wilton Lodge Park, where there is plenty parking for those coming by car . We will do a bike check before heading off along the back of the park and outwards to Martin's Bridge where we'll take a right towards Roberton. When we reach Roberton we will take a left and head out the Craik Rd taking a left turn towards Chislholm house where the climb begins. We continue on this rd until we come to the A7 taking a left and return to Hawick

Please ensure your bike is in working order and your tyres inflated. With so many different bikes nowadays, it would be helpful to have a repair kit, spare tube or tools to fit, but not essential, we'll do our best to help.

If you have an electric bike, please ensure it's got enough power and if in the case of a fault, you have a plan to get you and your bike home.

Although lighter nights, a rear light is still advisable. Wear appropriate clothing for the weather, gloves and helmets are essential. and also brink a drink
