Heading out from Scotter to Gainsborough via Laughton Forest, passing over the Trent to Walkeringham, Gringley and Nth Wheatley for food and drinks. Returning via Sturton le Steeple, Saundby, back across the river at Gainsborough and onto Laughton and Scotton.

A flat route of 43 miles with cafe stop at approximatley 24 miles.

Mainly quiet country roads with occasional need to ride / cross moderately busy traffic routes.

Refreshments at Leys Bakery - please note this is not a budget cafe

Helmets compulsory. Please wear appropriate clothing and bring adequate drink for anticipated weather conditions
