Fab route with a new 4 miles added! Pace 12 to 14 depending on the group.

Mixed roads mainly quiet. Fabulous route.

Stopping at keysoe equestrian centre.

Please bring helmets and spare inner tube and some cash for refreshments and ensure that your bikes are road ready and tyres pumped to the correct pressure.

Stopping at the top of hills and at junctions to regroup.
