Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

We will initially ride within Pitshanger Park and then when you will feel ready, we will move into Perivale Park and beyond. These areas are traffic free, flat and ideal to regain your confidence.

This free ride is for women who have not ridden their bicycle for a while and need to rebuild their confidence. Whatever your reason for having stopped cycling, family commitments, work commitments, health issues, life… consider this as your chance to restart afresh with this empowering, sociable and healthy activity.

initially We will ride within the park on traffic free, flat path which and ideal to help you regain your confidence. Once you feel ready, we will progress onto quiet roads.

We will stop for a beverage in one of the local Cafés which will allow us to discuss how Breeze British Cycling could help you progress safely with your cycling.

*Helmets aren't compulsory but advisable. *Check that your tyres are pumped and bring a spare inner tube and necessary tools in case of a puncture. *If you can't make it anymore, cancel your space so someone else can join. *Bring some Money/card for the refreshments in the café. *Bring Locks for your bike. *Bring Water & snacks.
