We will ride my usual route from Penarth out along the old railway path to Cosmeston then though Dinas, Wenvoe and then a pull up through St Lythans lanes and down to Dyffryn gardens.
The route back will be different we will head up to 5 mile lane Barry then along Port road path, and wiggle through the Pencoedtre village and down to Sully then back to Penarth.

Join me for a nice friday morning ride from the Marina up to Dyffryn gardens coffee shop near St Lythans.

Mainly lanes and cycle track

We will stop at the recently re-opened coffee shop at Dyffryn garden - dont forget your bike lock as we may need to sit inside.
