We leave Barton and head towards Caistor via Kirmington and Brocklesby. After a well earned rest we head back via Somerby and melton Ross. This is an undulating route at a steady pace. We will look to average around 11-12mph. Hills are done at your own pace with a regroup at the top.

Mostly quiet country roads and B roads

Stopping for refreshments at Helz Kitchen in Caistor. CASH ONLY

Please carry the means to fix a puncture, snacks and drinks to see you through the ride. Make sure you wear suitable clothing for the climate. A helmet and a working rear light are recommended on all rides. Helzs Kitchen is a CASH ONLY cafe.
