Defender Blender coffee stop via Minto and Lilliesleaf

Meeting at the Teviot Leisure Centre and after the bike check, we will pedal along the cycle path the onto the road that takes us to a junction. Here we turn right, then keep on the quiet country road all the way to a crossroads where we go straight over and head though the village of Minto.
We keep on the road, it has a few ups and downs, until we come to another junction, turn left then there’s another left take takes us through Lilliesleaf which takes us to Appletreehall were we will have our much needed refreshment at the Defender Blender .
