This Lancashire Lasses and Lads ride is open for anyone to join

We set off from the start at lucianos at the millstone and head upto Adlington towards Coppul towards our quieter roads on to the Delph. It’s all road and pretty flat. There’s a couple of slight inclines but nothing to nasty.

This is a road ride.

We will be cycling on major, minor and country lanes.

Our cafe stop is around half way through the ride at eccleston Delph dive site. So please bring some pennies .

Helmets are a must have to protect yourself. Pump spare innertube and tools , just in case.
