We will cycle up through the quiet lanes behind wenvoe to 5 mile lane and then through Llancarfan and onto Bonvilston.

Join me for a nice steady ride upto Bafflehaus in Bonvilston for coffee.

We will cycle on quiet country lanes with a short section on the A48

We will stop at Bafflehaus in Bonvilston for a coffee stop.

Please bring a spare tube incase of a puncture.
