Starting from Shell Ford we will ride repeats of a 5-mile loop, starting at a nice, gentle speed and then increasing pace on each loop. Final loop as fast/slow as you wish.
We will probably split into several groups so everyone feels comfortable with the pace whilst pushing themselves a bit.

All the usuals - helmet, kit for dealing with punctures, drink/snack, and lights if you plan to ride home afterwards. Please wear clothing suitable for the weather conditions.
