Starting from Waresley Park Estate, exploring some pretty Bedfordshire villages, with some off road on very smooth tarmac path of the Varsity line. Stopping at The Cow Shed Coffee shop

Mainly quiet country roads but with one or two busier roads to cross. Sustrans Varsity line tarmac and traffic free.

Helmet, means to mend a puncture. Snack, drinks bottle
