About the group
Road rides will take place mainly on country lanes and minor roads, however we may need to cycle through villages or towns so you should be confident cycling among traffic at times. Additionally we may also use some public bridleways for which adventure/gravel tyres would be suitable - the ride descriptions will indicate this. We will be using local cafes for start and end points of the rides so that participants can get to know one another over coffee, cake and chatting - this is a great way to make new friends. Length of rides can be anywhere between 15 - 50 miles and although speed is not the main priority we would hope that your average speed is around 10 - 13 mph
