A challenging ride as we leave Parbold and start climbing up to Ashurst Beacon. Then we have a lovely down hill and through Upholland to climb Shaley Brow (the easy side) before winding our way back to Upholland for a fast descent down Bank Brow. What goes down must go up so we have a bit of a slog up Appley lane North and they we use country roads to get to our cafe stop -the Delph,
Suitably refreshed we make our way to Mawdesley Bispham green and back to the start. Aprrox 1800 ft. climbing but nothing to steep.
