This Safety First Cycling Group ride is open for anyone to join

Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.

A nice Gentle bimble down Huntercoombe then over the M4 along the Jubilee to use a cyclepath alongside the slab to cross the Thames up and through Fifield along the traffic free Gay's Lane (and past John Gay's House) to Holyport then more traffic free routing to the A330 then we drop down into Paley Street for our refreshment stop before continuing on along the actual Paley Street which becomes traffic free back over the M4 past Snowball hill down Ockwells over the A404(M) down Harvest Hill crossing the A308 to reach Braywick nature reserve before rejoining the roads at Stafferton way under the railway and onto the A4 over the Thames then left off the main Rd at Taplow to use back roads to our start point

Some main roads (for short stretches) but mostly quiet lanes and traffic free routes and towpaths

A refreshment stop at roughly the halfway point

Please bring lights puncture repair kit/spare tube (others will help) drinks & snacks for on the bike and money if you wish to purchase anything at the stop
