From Moulton the outbound route is via Sywell, Lt. & Gt. Harrowden, Finedon, Irthlingborough, The Addingtons, Ringstead, and Denford to Thrapston.
Return via Twywell, Cranford, Burton Latimer, Isham and Orlingbury.

We will be exploring some beautiful villages and countryside along a stretch of the Nene Valley that could be called Northamptonshire`s "lake district" as there are dozens of gravel-pit lakes.

Mainly minor roads and lanes, but there is some urban riding.

Our breakfast/lunch will be at Berry`s Café in Thrapston.
