Join Alison and Michelle for a blast around the Trough of Bowland. As it’s the Trough it’s going to be hilly but I think we have avoided the worst of them! Elevation 1300ft. We will be aiming for an average speed of 10-12mph.
This ride takes in some fantastic scenery and is mainly on small lanes but does involve crossing a couple of busy roads.
We will be having a cafe stop in Chipping at one of the two cafes there. We pass through Chipping twice in a figure of 8 loop so I’d suggest stopping on the second pass!!
As ever wear a helmet and turn up in time for a bike check.

NOTE THAT START IS AT A SMALL CARPARK ON THE A6 ON THE RIGHT JUST BEFORE THE ROEBUCK PUB AND BEFORE BILSBORROW LANE. SO NOT EXACTLY AT THE POSTCODE.
EASY TO FIND BUT ALSO A HEIGHT BARRIER IS NOW IN PLACE SO WON’T ALLOW ROOF RAILS BIKES, VANS OR ANYTHING OVER 2 METRES.
