This is an opportunity for those thinking about doing the Arrow Sportive on the 29th April to see what it is all about. The route follows the short route, 52 miles, plus about a mile from and to the car park. I haven't set a speed for this ride, but it will be at the slowest rider's pace. The elevation looks terrible, but do not let that put you off, there are really only two big climbs to worry about. The cafe is about a half a mile off the route at the Bardney Heritage Centre. This is 26 miles into the ride. There is another opportunity to get a hot drink if needed at Donington on Bain, where there is a cafe/shop. Remember to bring a spare inner tube, a working pump and cash for refreshments.
