We head out of Denholm to Cavers and then over Lovers Lane. We turn left and then right up passing the Flex, we then turn right passing the Moor gates and then right again and left to pass the Flex again. We return home over Lovers Lane and the Kirkton road to Denholm

Helmets are required and please bring tools/repair kit in case of a puncture. Please also ensure beforehand that your bike is mechanically sound and that you have appropriate clothing for the Scottish weather.
