Sutton Breeze to the Penguin Parade trail

This is a one way ride to the Fleet Street Quarter to embark on a fabulous festive adventure to discover 12 adorable penguin sculptures throughout the Quarter all in support of the WWF.
Each penguin, decked out in unique festive finery designed by talented artists, will be perched in iconic spots like Chancery Lane, New Street Square, Ludgate Circus and Fleet Street, adding a splash of Antarctic charm to the City.

We'll ride along the Wandle Trail as far as Colliers Wood and then ride along CS7 and CS6 until we reach Blackfriars, where we begin the Penguin trail. Although much of the ride is traffic free or designated cycle lanes, there will be some busier junctions so riders need to be confident enough to ride with traffic. The ride will end back at Blackfriars station, where there are half hourly direct trains back to the Carshalton/Sutton area. Depending on the mood of the group, we can stop for a coffee before, during or after completing the trail.

Please ensure that your bike is in good working order, with tyres pumped well and bring a helmet, pump, spare inner tube, tyre levers, pump, lock, drink, snack and card/money for the train.
