Sutton Breeze to the Old Moat Garden Centre

This is a lovely circular route, much of it along quiet roads and traffic free cycle-paths. There's a bit of a gentle climb to from Carshalton to Banstead, otherwise the route is mainly flat. After the recent rain, we will avoid any paths likely to be muddy and will stick to tarmac.

This is not a ride for speedy beanies, more a steady paced social ride.

The route is best for hybrid bikes, there are a few gravelly sections so will be less suitable for some road bikes with very skinny tyres.

We'll have a cafe stop at the Old Moat Garden Centre - please bring a lock as bikes will need to be left in the car park.

Please make sure your bike is in good working order and you have a helmet, drink, lock, money and spare inner tube. Please have enough layers/gloves to keep warm - as it is a flat ride, it can be harder to keep warm.
