Sunday Morning Breeze Ride to The Coffee Shack at Ashley (Into the Wild)

Lindow Common car park to The Coffee Shack at Ashley (Into the Wild).

We will be riding on shared traffic-free paths and roads. The pace will be steady but we are not racers and we like to have fun. We will leave the car park and ride down to the airport tunnels. Once through them, we will continue until we reach the BP petrol station and then turn left past Amazon etc. The rest of the route will be along pleasant and quiet roads in Hale until we reach Ashley Road. We only ride for a short distance on Ashley Road, before we turn off for the Coffee Shack. The route back will take us past Barnshaw Smithy and along the lanes in Mobberley.

We will stop at the Coffee Shack which is in a lovely, wooded setting.

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and is suitable for the weather forecast. Please bring some money to buy a drink and/or snack. Helmets and a lock to secure your bike are advised and it is recommended that you carry a spare inner tube. (If you need to buy one for next time, you can find the size you need on the rim of your tyres.) New riders are always welcome and we always go at a pace to suit everyone on the ride. You don’t need to be a very experienced cyclist, but you do need to have basic cycling skills and a roadworthy bike.
