About the group
Free guided rides for women who want to have a bit of fun, while keeping fit and meeting others who are like-minded. There is always a stop for coffee and cake or a toasted tea cake! New members to the group are always welcome, whether you are a recent rider, a returner after many years absence, or an experienced rider. We never leave anyone behind. You do need to have basic cycling skills and your bike must be roadworthy (if in doubt, have your bike checked at one of the local bike shops). Cycle helmets are advisory. Always happy to give you advice on starting or returning to cycling. Join the group to be notified of upcoming rides.
