This is a Spokes SLOW Pace ride, average speed up to 8 mph organised by Spokes SW Herts Cycling Group led by MARILYN
Out via Ebury Way to the Aquadrome then the canal tow path to Springwell lake, cycle path to Woodoaks Farm (cafe stop), return via Springwell lane, Aquadrome, Ebury Way and the cycle hub. Please arrive by 9:50, to be ready to leave at 10:00

If you are not a Spokes Member and still wish to join our rides, we do ask that you join us after a maximum 3 rides, for a modest subscription of £12 pa
