23 miles round the staughtons. One of my favourite routes. Pace 12 to 13

Mixed roads most very quiet.

Stopping at Keysoe equestrian centre half way.

Please bring helmets and spare inner tube and some cash for refreshments and ensure that your bikes are road ready and tyres pumped to the correct pressure.
