A long but fairly flat route with a couple of inclines therefore classing this as a steady ride. Suitable for road bikes. Hybrid cyclists must be able to cycle the distance and the speed.

A mix of major, minor and country roads.

A midpoint stop is planned at the marina.

As always, helmets are recommended along with spare inner tubes, locks and a pump. Please dress appropriately for the weather and check your bike over before the morning of the ride.
