Starting point

This is a lovely ride around the green space of Richmond Park, where we will hope that there are still glorious autumn colours to be seen, then back along the riverside path from Ham to Isleworth.

We will take our regular route from Ealing, via Chiswick Bridge and Mortlake, to enter the Park at the Sheen Gate. We ride around the Park in a clockwise direction, down to the Robin Hood Gate. We then have the choice of tackling the challenge of Broomfield Hill or of taking the alternative route via the Pen Ponds Café, and we leave the Park at the Ham Gate.

Riding through Ham, we come onto the riverside path and follow this back into Richmond, where we will have our refreshment stop at the Tide Tables Café http://www.tidetablescafe.co.uk/ .

Then we cross Richmond Bridge and return to Ealing via Isleworth, Syon Park, and Brentford.
