Starting from - On the road outside of Curley's Fisheries, Wallsuches, Horwich. There is street parking opposite and in the close vicinity.
There are no toilets available at the start point.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time for a ride brief and quick bike check.

A steady MTB ride that can be used as a progressive ride.
Leaving Wallsuches, we begin our first climb out of Horwich over towards the Smithills area of Bolton, cycling on a mix of tarmac, gravel and rough tracks. The route has a lot of ups and downs so suitable for a confident rider who is both physically and mentally fit.
The route isnt technical but mtb experience is essential. We will aim to stop at Smithills tea room for a quick brew before returning back to the start on this circular route.
Please check your bike over the night before and arrive ready to ride.
Ensure you are fully equipped with spares and repairs for your own bike.
As always, no helmet no ride.
