Meet at the Car park behind the Oystercatcher pub in Penarth just before 10am. We will head up through Penarth along the railway track to Sully and Barry dock then Barry waterfront. Then around the island and up through Porthkerry to the airport road, down to Fonmon and across into Llancadle for lunch at Alices cafe. The route back is via Llancarfan, wenvoe, St Andrews, Dinas Powys and back through Penarth.

This ride will be an undulating 36 mile stretch on a mixture of roads and lanes suitable for experienced Breeze riders.

Roads, cycle teack and country lanes.

We will stop at Alices wonderland tea shop in Llancadle.
