A favourite of mine

One of my favourite routes avoiding flooded hotspots- via Arkesden, Manuden and Stocking Pelham. Some hills so be prepared- 1,374ft elevation

Very quiet country roads mainly

No stops except for ‘breathers’ and regrouping. Coffee stop at the end

Helmet. Bike in good working condition. Tyres with tread and pumped to correct pressure: Means to mend a puncture. Lights. Suitable clothing and bright easily seen:
