Kew Towpath ride

We will ride from Ealing Town Hall along quiet roads to join the C9 cycle route in Brentford. We will cross Kew Bridge using the shared path and then join the recently reopened towpath leading us from Kew towards Richmond. We will cross the river on Twickenham bridge using another shared path, before making our way through quiet residential roads to join the towpath on the opposite side of the Thames and onto Syon House and Brentford where we will stop for refreshments at the TIME Bistro Bar / Café.
After our break next to the Brentford lock, we will only have a short distance to cycle, to return to Ealing Town Hall, through back streets, Lammas & Walpole Parks.

This is a perfect ride for ladies wishing to enjoy a shorter easy going local ride avoiding busy roads.

This is a mostly flat route using mainly cycle paths, quiet roads and towpaths.

We will stop for refreshments at the TIME Bistro Bar overlooking the tranquil setting of the Brentford Lock. https://timebistrobar.co.uk/

Helmets aren't compulsory but advisable. Check that your tyres are pumped and bring a spare inner tube and all necessary tools in case of a puncture. If you can't make it anymore, please cancel your space in order for someone else to join. Bring some money/card for the refreshments in the café. Bring Locks for your bike. Bring Water & snacks.
