Join Alison and Fatima for this mid week steady ride from Go Ape Rivington with a cafe stop at Wheelton Village Tearoom. This is a steady ride and we are out to have fun! We will mainly be on canal paths with a few roads. With this being Horwich there are a few hills but nothing we won’t manage together! These Midweek rides are on a rotational basis and will change every three weeks. This is a steady Hybrid ride, not suitable for road bikes due to forest tracks and canal towpath.. The route is fairly flat and a mixture of tarmac, forest track and canal towpath. As always dress for the weather and bring along a drink for the journey. Photos will be taken along the route which will be shared on our social media. If you do not wish your photo to be taken please advise a ride leader before the ride. Helmets are compulsory, you will need pennies for the cafe stop and a spare inner tube, pump and lock. Don't worry if you don't have a lock or pump. We never leave anyone behind
