A ride to join the Halloweeny Disco Ride run by iBikeLondon in Waterloo. After the ride is finished in Ruskin Park (South London), we cycle back to Brent together. Please note that front and rear lights are compulsory to join this ride. Costume dressing isn’t compulsory but highly encouraged!
Halloweeny Disco is a free iBikeLondon ride – see more information here:
https://bit.ly/3ZUSVGKPlease sign up to their ride on the link above so they can know how many people to expect.
iBikeLondon events are always very fun and due to the high attendance, their marshals get road junctions completely closed for the group to carry on together.
We should expect to return to Roundwood Park at around 20.30 but this will depend widely on how long the iBikeLondon ride takes to finish at Ruskin Park. Please bring snacks and drinks for the journey, although they will stop at places to grab food on the go.
Please note that the ride between Waterloo and Ruskin Park is an estimate as iBikeLondon hadn’t released the route yet by the time of this post. The estimated total ride mileage is around 24 miles.
If you find this ride fully booked, get in the waiting list as spaces always become available nearer the date. However, please do not sign up if you’re not sure you can join.
IMPORTANT POINTS: *Helmets aren't compulsory but advisable. *Check that your tyres are pumped and bring a spare inner tube and all necessary tools in case of a puncture. *If you have Covid-19 or have been told to self-isolate, or can't make it for any other reason, please cancel your space so someone else can join. *Only riders who booked themselves on the ride will be allowed to join. *Unless the weather takes a nasty turn making it unsafe or unpleasant to cycle, this ride will go ahead even if it rains. Dress for the weather and bring a rain coat just in case. *Please be advised that we video record our rides which are later published on YouTube.
