Early start so be ready to ride by 9:00 M Check at 8:45 all riders need to be self sufficient on this ride . In the event of mechanical issues or any other need to leave the ride you are responsible for your safe return home via a phone call to someone who could pick you up.
As always please carry the appropriate repair equipment for punctures and any food/drink or gels that you may need on the ride and money cash and card is advised .
Also please be aware that the cafe stop / chip shop will be 33 miles into the ride
