Christmas @ The Woodyard Cafe

This route is designed for anyone looking to cycle at a pace averaging 8-10mph on a route of approx 20 miles. The route is mainly on quieter country lanes, so if you are looking to build your confidence and try a slightly longer route this is the ride for you. We will always wait and let the group catch up and of course wait at the top of hills. We will be stopping half way round at the Woodyard Lodge Coffee shop in the Luton Hoo estate for tea and cake. There is also a Christmas Market so we will spend some time here. This is an all road ride suitable for any bike please come on whatever you are comfortable riding.

Please remember to bring with you
- Helmet
-Spare inner tubes for your bike and appropriate tools, even if you don't know how to change an inner tube there are other people in the group to help.
-A water bottle with a drink in, cycling can be thirsty work.
- Appropriate clothing for the weather.
- Money for your refreshments.

Now for the Covid bit….
Although Covid restrictions have been lifted we are asking all riders to be respectful to the other riders. Please do not attend if you have Covid symptoms.
