Starting from outside the Elizabeth line Stn we go past the works to the thames then under it to North Woolwich round the marina under the swing bridge to the barrier then round city hall to Bowmouth then Blackwall. Down the Isle of Dogs back under the thames again past the Cutty Sark then roughly following the thames path round Rotherhythe past the Brunel museum to Bermondsey then Southwark via the Kipling Est. Over the thames at Blackfriars then into the temple! Then Embankment till turning off to Horse Guards then past Buck palace to Hyde park round Tyburnia to Paddington then train home!

A nice gentle social paced ride taking in the sights. Suitable for all types of bikes and riders

Mostly surburban back roads a lot of traffic free cycleways/blue routes with some short stretches of main roads

There are loads of places to choose from we will make it up as we go along

Drinks and pocket snacks/sweets a puncture repair kit/spare tube (just in case) would be good. money to buy me drinks
