Designed with first timers and returning cyclists in mind, this is a very easy paced social ride with a refreshment break in the middle. Nothing too strenuous if we do a hill we will stop get our breaths back and regroup at the top.

A mix of urban back streets, quiet country lanes and some traffic free routes (not really muddy bridleways)

Stopping at the ever popular White Horse at Hedgerley (no jukebox/piped music, no TV and a lovely garden with covered seating areas)

Just yourselves and a roadworthy bike. Some money/cards to buy refreshments at the stop point.

We especially welcome newbies!
