About the route
Starting from the Bampton Valley Way car park, turn right uphill, over the roundabout into Boughton. Then via villages of Moulton, Holcot and Brixworth into the Brixworth Country park cafe for a break, Then back through Brixworth, onto the Bampton Valley Way trail back to the BVW car park. The last part on the BVW trail requires decent tyres, at least 28mm. There are quite a few ups and downs.
