Starting from Stow we take the quiet back road to Heriot. We ride for a short distance along the A7 to the Gilston turn off and follow the Gilston road to the Soutra Cafe for lunch. We return via the same route.
Please wear a helmet and dress accordingly. Your bike should be in good working order and you should have a spare tube, tyre levers and pump. A multi tool is also useful.
