From the road outside Diggerland we will cycle up the Lanchester Valley Railway line to Lydgett Junction and the Terra Novalis before joining side roads to Wetherspoons at Consett.
After lunch we will either return the same way or follow the C2C across to Annfield Plain, rejoining roads back to our starting point in Langley Park.

A jaunt from Langley Park to Wetherspoons, Consett for lunch. Depending on the weather we will return via the same route - or venture further along the C2C dropping down to Langley Park from Burnhope

Off road to Consett and then on side roads to Wetherspoons

We will be stopping for lunch at Wetherspoons

Helmets are always advisable, as are warm gloves, buffs and waterproof socks and shoes. We recommend you bring along warm layers to add in case it becomes cool. Front and rear lights would also be very useful.
