We will start from Saughton Park and head onto the water of leith path towards Slateford where we will take a step free route to join the canal for a short stretch before joining the Water of Leith walkway again all the way to the Colinton Tunnel then on to Balerno for our cafe stop. From Balerno we will use roads to take us to Heriot Watt University cycling through the grounds and past the pond before rejoining the canal path for a short section followed by a downhill and then through Gyle and Corstorphine making our way back to our start point.

Come and celebrate Breeze 10th Birthday in Scotland to Colinton Tunnel and onwards on a loop taking in some great scenery

Lots of lovely shared paths,canal paths and some quiet roads too

We will have a cafe stop in Balerno and will also have stops for photos along the Water of Leith and of course the Colinton Tunnel

Bring spare inner tube/puncture repair or a means of getting home in the event of a mechanical issue. Bring card payment if you wish to purchase anything at our cafe stop. If you have a bike lock bring that too however if you don't have please don't worry as I will have a spare.
