Breeze Brent 2-year Anniversary: Ken Gardens with Celebratory Lunch

We go the way we started: 2 years ago we went on our first Breeze Brent ride to Kensington Gardens and we will repeat this ride (with small changes) to celebrate our anniversary, as well as my 100th ride as a leader! We will finish with a celebratory lunch at The Collective where our ride will end (not Roundwood Park).

We will ride through Wormwood Scrubs and cross under the Westway, soon making our way to Kensington Gardens where we will have a quick stop for toilet and a coffee at the Broadwalk.
We will then cut through the park into Hyde Park and make our way back to Paddington and Little Venice, returning all the way along the Grand Union Canal towpath, finishing at The Collective in Old Oak Lane, where we have a table reserved at 1pm. Please note that this will be our end point and we will not be cycling as a group back to Roundwood Park. If you do not intend to stay for lunch, please let me know so I can amend table numbers.

If you find this ride fully booked, get in the waiting list as spaces always become available nearer the date. However, please do not sign up if you’re not sure you can join.

IMPORTANT POINTS: *Helmets aren't compulsory but advisable. *Check that your tyres are pumped and bring a spare inner tube and all necessary tools in case of a puncture. *If you have Covid-19 or have been told to self-isolate, or can't make it for any other reason, please cancel your space so someone else can join. *Only riders who booked themselves on the ride will be allowed to join. *Unless the weather takes a nasty turn making it unsafe or unpleasant to cycle, this ride will go ahead even if it rains. Dress for the weather and bring a rain coat just in case.
