Breeze around Roberton and Chapelhill

Starting at the walled gardens at 18:00hrs we will do the bike check then cycle from the back of the park to Martinsbridge, turn right and cycle to Roberton were we turn left. After a mile or so there is a fork on the road . If you take the Left turn you go to a beautiful and challenging climb.
If anyone doesn’t feel up to this climb , don’t worry as I’m sure we will do it again later in the summer. A leader will stay with anyone who wants to take the right turn .

Those who do fancy it there will be a leader with you too as we continue up and over the climb and down to the A7 and continue back to Hawick .

Please wear a helmet, gloves and appropriate clothing . Bring a snack and a drink.
Make sure your tyres are pumped up and you have the appropriate tubes and tools for your bike. Lights are always a good idea too.

If you have an E bike could you the battery fully charged. And a back up plan to get you home if required.
