Blazing Blue Burton Stather to Garthorpe Pop up cafe

Leaving the playing fields car park, we ride towards Flixborough and then head downhill towards Gunness and over the Keadby bridge . We then follow along the River Trent through Keadby and Amcotts and head towards Luddington. We then turn towards Garthorpe stopping at Victoriana’s pop up café in the village hall. We then head towards the river to retrace our route back through Amcotts and Keadby to go back the same way as we came. This means that there is a steady uphill drag to Flixborough. Please don’t worry, as no one ever gets left behind. We aim for 11-12 mph average speed over the ride.

Victoriana's is a Pop Up Cafe at Garthorpe Village Hall, open on Wednesdays from 10am -2pm

Starting from Burton upon Stather Playing fields car park. There is plenty of free parking available. This is a blazing blue ride with our average speed at 12mph or less. Please be at the start by 09:45 at the latest so that you are ready for the M check and ride briefing. Please make sure that your tyres are pumped up and that you bike is in good working order. Please bring with you a bicycle pump that works on your bike, a spare inner tube and a puncture repair kit. It is strongly recommended that you wear a helmet. Don’t forget to bring money if you want to purchase any drinks or food at the cafe. We aim for 11 -12mph average
