Beginner Breeze Ride - An introduction to cake.

This is a gentle ride, approximately 8 miles along quieter country roads. We will ride at an easy pace that is best suited to everyone in the group, appropriately 8-10 mph. This will be an undulating route, where we will of course wait for everyone, as leaders we will ensure that no one is left behind so that all the group can have an enjoyable ride. We will stop in Jockey End for the village coffee morning where there will be tea/coffee/cake for everyone to purchase, they only except cash.

First Timers electric or adapted bikes are welcome to join this ride.

Please remember to bring,
Two spare innertubes for your bike, even if you do not know how to change them, someone in the group will, as well as the appropriate tools (tyre levers and a spanner for your wheels if you do not have quick release.)
A water bottle with a drink in, riding can be very thirsty work.
Cycle helmet, for your own safety.
Appropriate clothing for the weather
As we will be riding on the road please consider adding lights to your bike and wearing high vis clothing to assist other road users to see you.
Money for your coffee /cake

Now for the Covid bit…..
Although Covid restrictions have been lifted we are asking all riders to be respectful to other riders. Please do not attend if you have Covid symptoms or have been in contact with other people that have Covid.
