Beautiful Bolton

Leaving Walker Fold Car Park we head towards Chorley New Road to join the Middlebrook Trail into Bolton. Leaving Bolton we head to Leverhulme Park and Seven Acres Country Park to our cafe stop in Harwood. We return to our starting point via Bromley Cross / Eagley and a hill to join Belmont Rd back to Walker Fold. Total elevation 1200 ft.

Please check your bike over the night before the ride, Please ensure you have a pump and a couple of spare tubes in case of punctures and a good secure lock. Please be at the start point at least 10 mins before the ride start time, ready to ride, so that we can get away at the stated start time of 09.30. Although helmets are only recommended by law and not deemed to be essential, anyone not wearing a helmet will not be able to join the ride. Don’t forget your pennies/pounds for the café stop. Please ensure you bring along a drink for the ride .
