Meeting at the Heart of Hawick and after the bike check we will turn right. Keeping on the road we will come to the bottom of Cogsmill. Those who want to do the climb are welcome to give it a try. Otherwise we will turn here and head back to Hawick.
This will be a gentle pedal, hopefully encourage anyone who thinks ladies who are want to get back on their bikes.
