A whistle stop tour of Southport ( Ladies only)

We start at the Ship Inn carpark, please park on the left away from the pub. We make our way through Holmswood. Merebrow and Banks to the coast then we ride along the front and enjoy the views. We then head inland to the cafe about half way round for a break and a chat. From there we head to Meols Cop and back along some country roads to the start.

This is a lovely ride to Southport to see the sea. mixed roads, some country, some residentail and some cycle paths.

We plan to stop at the Whistle stop Cafe in Southport. mainly breakfast food rather than cakes

Although helmets are only recommended by law and not deemed to be essential, anyone not wearing a helmet will not be able to join the ride. Please be self-sufficient and arm yourself with spare inner tubes, bike levers and pump. Don’t forget your pennies for the café stop. Please ensure you bring along a drink for the ride. Also check you brakes and gears on your bike at least the night before.

This is a friendly group ride and if you want to join us but are not sure about anything do messgae me. please don't book on then cancel the day before because you are worried about the ride.
